Payment

At Nitush.dk, all payments are made online. You can pay with Visa, international payment cards, MobilePay, and bank transfer.

The amount will only be charged when the item is dispatched.
For payments via bank transfer, the item will only be dispatched once the payment has been registered.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and excluding shipping.
We use the margin scheme, which means that VAT cannot be deducted.

We reserve the right to correct price errors, sold-out items, and typographical errors.

Secure payment

The webshop uses a secure payment solution with SSL encryption, meaning your information is handled securely.

Used items (pre-owned)

All items at Nitush are used and often unique.

Therefore, common age-related signs of wear may occur. Any significant defects or imperfections will always be described and/or shown in pictures.

We strive to represent items as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on the screen.

Delivery & collection

We offer delivery throughout Denmark.

Smaller items
Smaller items are sent by parcel post (GLS or similar).
Orders are packed on weekdays, and delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.

Larger furniture and special items
Larger items are delivered by freight forwarder.
Shipping cost and delivery are agreed upon individually depending on size, nature, and delivery address.

You are welcome to contact us for a shipping estimate before purchase.

Collection
Collection in Stege is also possible by appointment.

Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made in the webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the item (at home or at a parcel shop).

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us at info@nitush.dk within 14 days.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
In case of depreciation, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

It is not sufficient to simply not pick up a package.

Complaints

The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear or conditions stated in the item description.

Any damage or defects must be reported on the same day the item is received.

Send an email to info@nitush.dk with pictures of:

• The exterior of the packaging
• Internal protection
• The damage itself
