Tilgmans Keramik Table Lamp – Swedish Midcentury – Figural Motif – 1950s/60s
Beautiful and decorative table lamp from Swedish Tilgmans Keramik, known for their distinctive mid-century design and narrative figurative motifs. The ceramic base of the lamp is hand-decorated with a scene featuring three women serving drinks and arranging hair – a motif inspired by ancient or classical tales, often seen in Tilgmans' artistic ceramics.
The color palette consists of deep brown, light blue, pastel yellow, and green details, giving the lamp an elegant and graphic expression. At the top, a geometric diamond pattern in yellow and gray is visible, repeated at the base, tying the design together.
The lamp's shape is slender and conical, and combined with the tall pleated lampshade, it gives a very stylish 1950–60s look. It emits a warm and pleasant light, perfect for the living room, bedroom, or reading nook.
The lampshade is original and provides beautiful light but has age-related stains and patina (see pictures). This does not affect the lamp's function and can optionally be replaced to suit your taste.
A truly decorative vintage find that functions both as lighting and as a small work of art in the interior.

Good vintage condition. The lamp works fine. The lampshade has visible signs of wear and stains.
